3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

4. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. HoneyAdore is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your HoneyAdore jewellery. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging. Piercing jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
